Detailing

 

There is no mystery with detailing. It takes knowledge, a keen eye for detail and hard work, mostly hard work!! Since time is what dictates cost it is no secret that cleaning out your car of any important papers, child seats and huge amounts of excess garbage allows us to spend more time on stains and grime. This leads to a better result. 

 

Interiors

 

We begin with a thorough vacuuming of the entire interior including trunk. This allows us to assess where to focus our energies. High pressure air and special detailing brushes allow us into nooks and crannies for a good result. Salt stains are broken down by hand and then melted away with boiling water and a hot water extraction system, enough to dissolve the salt and allow us to vacuum away the briny liquid. Once the floors are shampooed we can move onto the seats, vinyl and leather of the vehicle. Our cleaning agents are biodegradable to not harm the environment. Lastly we clean all the windows and window edges. We complete all interiors with a courtesy exterior hand wash. We wash the rims and tires and dress them with tire dressing. If the rims are heavily corroded or have excessive brake dust, we will discuss that issue with you and give you a full report with your options

Excessively dirty cars can be cleaned but will require more time, and hence, additional cost.

Exteriors

​

We begin with a foam cannon and thorough hand wash as well as a chemical strip of the exterior paint. This allows us to see what is going on with the painted surfaces. Newer cars with light duty wear could only require a hand wax depending on your expectations and budget. Most manufacturers recommend this twice a year. We suggest at least once a year with one of  our paint coating options. These are longer lasting than wax and help lock in the shine.

For cars and trucks with a heavier usage, 25,000 km or more/year, we will recommend our Ceramic Pro services. This includes the same as above as far as wash and paint review. We then clay bar and Iron X the painted surfaces to remove metal filings and dirt from the clear coat. This gives us a super smooth surface. We then move on to either 1,2 or 3 stage paint correction to achieve the maximum shine possible. The D.O.I. (distinctness of image) on this process is fantastic! It’s like high Definition clarity.
